I think I'm finally done!

Quite like the new window shutters, keep prying eyes out and more secure. Just need to put a few security screws in the top and jobs a good-un. :)

Craig,

No matter how big it is, ( oooh matron :D ) you are always going to be short of room.
You have to be selective in what you throw out

I say this because my garage is pretty big, and I struggle.
I should really sell the kit car, never use the feker.

Oh well, maybe next year.

Looking good BTW

Finally got power into the shed, the "pal" really let me down and didn't do anything other than drop me off some armoured cable he got from work and I never seen him again! Anyway, installed the cable to the DB in the house (not wired, just ready to be wired) and ran it out and to the shed, all done properly along the wall and under ground then along a fence, all 22 metres :)

Got a local Electrician to come round and wire it all correctly and sign it off etc... Lovely having power and light! :D

Word to the wise, don't buy those sockets with USB built in. I thought they'd be a good idea for charging various stuff whilst in the shed but no, one of them sounds like a hive of bees it buzzes so much and stops when you plug something in! Doing a bit of reading online would suggest they're none too popular. I didn't get them from ebay etc I got them from Screwfix so thought they'd be fine and never give it a second thought. The MCB in the shed is currently off for the sockets as it was that bad I didn't want to leave it on overnight. £13.50 for 3 replacement sockets (without USB) so I'll be replacing the fronts asap so not too bad really.

Looking good young man

However , I don't see a fire extinguisher planted next to the door.
Seen plenty of garages with the fire extinguisher at the BACK of the garage/shed , WTF ???

Apart from that, you have a very snug man cave there, looking toasty, well done :clapping:
And I see you have had help from a very nice young girl , good on you

It is a very good point and believe it or not, I'd already thought of a fire extinguisher so will be ordering one. :)

No time like the present so that's now ordered, thanks for the reminder John. :)

It's been freezing here, fitted a lovely 2kw convector heater, mounted to the wall all wires sorted nice and tidy and it's now boiling, just my luck! :D
