Good to see you getting back on form after the big op.

Thanks Austin. I'm completely fixed and have been shoveling, carrying heavy buckets, wheeling wheelbarrows and generally behaving like a testosterone laden teenager. Acting as a field grunt is part of my personal rehabilitation strategy. I won't be telling my cardiologist but he'll probably guess because I'm deeply tanned, lean, and starting to develop a bit of muscle.

Not surprisingly, I haven't been doing much couch warming:

Yes, but I have no idea when or how. Currently, work is intruding into my riding plans, but the season will be over in a few months then I'll be free, free ,free and may even have a buck or two.

Thanks Alba et.al. Heart surgery? Nothing to it. Just don't lift anything for a couple of months afterwards and watch your muscles shrivel. Slowly rebuilding now but it takes time.

Now all I need is the time to do some proper riding.
