Etc op! Late to the party, as usual, but I saw a light on so I let myself in, I hope that was ok?
There seems to be large numbers of peeps from xrv.thing.wotsit and I imagine that I am here for all the same reasons as the rest of you.

For those that weren't over there, I live in burgundy, France and ride a 600transalp.

I just re read that.

Sounds a bit like a presentation at an AA meeting
Or possibly a counseling session for some shameful disease

"Hi, my name's MooN & I ride a transalp..."

As I didn't say hello first time round but do remember you from XRV (well you forum persona anyway), hello and welcome. :welcome:

France huh, don't start any Brexit (or remain) threads - its a bit like mentioning the war, if you do it quickly no-one notices, otherwise all hell breaks loose.

To become a fully fledged member of the BT forum you need to attend a meet-up, get embarrassingly drunk and fall asleep while everyone else draws on your face in make up or felt tips, or dresses you up like a Jenga warrior. :respect10:

Hi Austin, don't worry I shan't mention Brexit, I tend to avoid politics or religion insofar as possible as the vast majority of people have already decided what they believe and no amount of arguing will ever change that. besides, I'm usually bigger than everyone else which gives me an unfair advantage once it comes to fisticuffs...

I can't find the smileys...

Smileys are in the post formatting bar just above the text box. Where my cursor is in the pic....

euhkaaaay... I don't see the post formatting bar either... let me have a play. Then I shall go and ask someone who knows what they're doing, but only once it's too late and I've already fiddled with all the buttons and thay've either broken or fallen off...
