As i needed new bike trousers and HG doesnt really excist anymore in the UK i decided to get a pair of trousers from Germany. I thought i post up on here how easy it was to get the stuff over and about the quality of the gear. I am leaving on Thursday to do the NC500 with a few mates and we will know by latest monday evening if they are waterproof :rolleyes2:
I choose Polo because of price and the service i had in their store when i popped in when we where in Hamburg,
I went for this one
http://www.polo-motorrad.com/en/tour-2- ... -hose.html

At the time they had a special on and i got an additional 50 euro off the original 279 euro
I ordered last wednesday and they tried to deliver on saturday
Well i took a few pics from new so i can compare them to what they look like on monday :eekicon:

Pharao trousers

Trouser leg with lots of adjustments

Outside pockets supposedly waterproof :rolleyes2:

More pockets, waist is very adjustable and still has loops for a belt

Of course when i was in germany i completly forgot to try a pair on :rolleyes2: i was like a kid in a big toyshop :D .That meant had to use their size chart and it worked out okay.

Going by how his bikes are "presented", I dare say the trews will end up something like this!

Yes, I miss Hein Gericke too .... my main jacket is one of theirs, about 5 years old and still almost as good as new. If the Polo stuff is similar in quality I might well be tempted.

Not sure about the colour though - I don't go playing in the mud, but I still manage to get kit pretty mucky!

Called Polo because it arrived mint and will soon have a hole in it.
