Dear All

I have made some enquiries, not local to me sadly due to the ridiculous prices £25-30 per small tent

I have spoken to a campsite on the Staffordshire/Cheshire boarder , who are Biker friendly and bikers themselves . I have given approx. numbers of 20-40 Shez & Graham would be happy to accommodate and have said due to the possible numbers they would reserve the full site. The costs are £15.00 per night for tents based on two people, £20 for campervans , they currently don't have electric hook-ups but they will in the near future. There is brand new shower and toilet facilities, they have a 10ft firepit for use and have offered for one night (Saturday ?) to provide a BBQ meal for £10 per head. They also have Pods & Shepherd huts available for anyone who doesn't fancy camping :iconmrgreen: They don't allow dogs sadly due to livestock :(

They ask for a 50% deposit to reserve any dates , 5th - 8th September ? which without numbers will be difficult, take a look guys and let me have your thoughts. If there's enough interest i am happy to go and have a look at it

Looks ok to me, although a tad puzzled why it’s £5 extra for a camper van. Not bothered, but it’s strange. The price that probably applies to most attendees is the price for 1person, 1 tent and 1 motorbike.

I won't be able to make this due to a clash with the final cricket test match of the series 6-10 Sept.
