Rear brake mis-behaving

A bit of an update. Now that the house is sort of sorted (or rather, getting there) I've had time to play a bit. Had a go at electrolytic rust removal on the caliper sleeve. Here's what we started with -



And here's what I ended up with -



That's almost usable.


I swear that this is the same sleeve.

If those wipes can do that to rusty steel, just imagine what they'd do to your specs!
