Evening,

Time to change the battery on my 2002 BMW 1150RT, would prefer not to use Hal-frauds, is there a good online supplier?

Thanks for the help.

I got my last one from M&P as they had one of their stupid offers on. Otherwise I would have used my local m/c workshop. Gotta keep them in business and always easier to deal with a local place that’s easy to get to if anything goes wrong (like it did with my purchase from M&P).

I am with Austin on this, buy from a local bike shop as the old adage of "use it or loose it" means just that.

I wouldn't discount Halfrauds to early. I've recently had to change the battery on the Transalp and when searching for a new one Halfrauds came out cheapest for a genuine Yuasa.

Mind you, I went for a DynaVolt gel battery that was half the price of the Yuasa and that included the delivery. This could just be an Irish-ism mind. ;)

Outcome Rob ???
Will we be seeing said battery at National ?? :p
Hmm a few issues with the old girl, so far ripped out the failed ABS unit all reinstalled as a non ABS model but some sticky calliper pistons thus getting the bits to refurbish then I’ll be good to go for an MOT.

So hoping
