I had one of the petrol powered versions of these and used it very effectively for three years going back and forth to the train station for the commute into work everyday. The pic is of the electric prototype that I hope makes it into production. They are brilliant city bikes.

I like it a lot. I wouldn't buy it though. And that tells the story.

I use a thick thermarest - takes up a lot of space but it ain't heavy. As I am not going around the world and just do the odd bit of camping, I find it works well.

I put smaller indicators on the back of my @ simply so the panniers would go on. They are normal bulbs, not LEDs and are all e-marked properly. They were about £12 from Hein Gericke and work well. I don't see the need for anything else. The from still has the originals - big, bright and able...
