That is a great write up nick. Looking forward to the book.

It was a pleasure to see you again and we may well make a trip over the pond again. 2019 or 2020 most likely.

Wet roads and stuff - I am on MY bike, in MY back yard, and don’t forget riding wet roads is year round experience in the uk.

Bridgnorth - I used the live there and my mum lives just outside Much Wenlock - you probably went past her house. In fact I may have been visiting as I she is not well and I have been down there quite a lot. Much Wenlockn is a lovely town but it’s biggest claim to fame is that it’s where the modern Olympic Games were started back in 18’something or other.

Thanks Austin, and thanks again to you and Anne for your great hospitality. I appreciate the stuff about your bike and your conditions but I do tend to take it fairly easy. The V-Strom was actually very confidence inspiring. I could probably be content living in the Welsh Marches - I've always loved it over that way.

If you make it over in a year or two, I'd love the excuse to ride out east again, even just to have a quick beer or two. Heck, it's only 1000 miles to Halifax NS, I'd happily do that just to say hello.
