Back in the saddle again - 200 miles leading the Ontario Guzzi Riders group

What was I thinking when I agreed to this? For my sins, I led an Ontario Guzzi Riders group ride for 200 miles along some of the quieter eastern Ontario backroads on Saturday. Since I was in front, it actually wasn't much different to one of my normal rides, except if I looked in the mirror I could see twenty headlights following me. Predictably, the Convert was the oldest bike on the ride, but continued to perform admirably. The only breakdown was the most modern bike - a Calfornia 1400 with a dicky ignition switch which immobilized it.
Modern technology - bah! Sorry about the crappy pictures - they're screen captures from crappy video.

I did drag them along a few bits of unpaved road, and paved road with plenty of sandy/gravelly patches left over from winter, which took a few of them out of their comfort zone :ride: I guess I'm fixed.

I'll be heading off on a 'proper' ride at the end of the week.
