I am going to the I-o-M on 5th August to stay 2 nights B&B and do a couple of laps of the TT course and also the Southern 100 course. The ferry is £108 from Liverpool and the B&B at Sulby has off road parking and is £42 per night. If you'd like to come please PM me asap as B&B has only 2 rooms left and day time ferry is booking up fast.

You should just start seeing competitors for the Manx/Classic TT turning up.
Go look for Pete Symes, good mate of mine. He's on a GSXR 750 and a FZR750 this year.

The problem for the first evening is where to eat, and then I came across this review on Yelp* . . . . . so thats sorted

McDonald's Isle of Man
'As an American, I had to visit the ONLY McDonalds on the Isle of Man during my visit for the TT this year, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed.

Why must I go halfway around the world to have a better McDonalds experience? Why is the quality of their food better than the majority of locations here in the United States? Who effing cares. I tried it, and I liked it.

That being said, the only reason I can't give them five stars is because it's still a McDonalds. No artistry or magic can polish a turd past it's intended shine, but it's best one I've visited so far.'
