Early Christmas present

I think it's probably well established by now that I am towards the outer fringe of motorcyclists, so you may not be surprised to see my latest. It's not a bigtrailie, although I've no doubt it will see some unpaved roads in its new life. Suzuki Burgman 650 (mainly for local comfort rides with the misses (Mrs!)).

BTW. I'll be in the UK for the whole of February. I'm not sure of my plans yet. It will definitely include some upland hiking and I may have the loan of a Royal Enfield to scoot around the country on.

Happy Christmas everyone.

Crackng Christmas prezzie for yerself Nick - good on you Sir :clapping:.

Looked at them in the past but thought they were a tad too heavy. The 400cc version is still on my radar as a future play thing :respect13:

Nice choice Nick. I bumped into a couple of, ummm, older bikers on them somewhere or other. They had been all over the uk and most of Europe on them. Easy 2-up cruising was reported, pack light and most their stuff went under the seat. It did get me thinking [emoji15]

I have the 400, I have had fun around town. Boring on motorway though

All vehicles are boring on the motorway IMHO Stumpy. The 650 Burgman has a lot more oomph than the 400 though (I've ridden both).

I meant to say under normal riding conditions. I like the option to change gears.
