We took the plunge at Christmas and upgraded Anne's bike suit to Klim. So for sale is her Hein Gericke Journey Goretex Jacket. The jacket is around 7 years old but you would never know it. Anne mainly used it in winter and as she didn't come on the bike much in winter it's really not had a lot of use. It has not been taken on any of our big trips. Its just been washed in Tech Wash and then tumbled so the outer proofing has been refreshed. Last time Anne wore it in the rain ( a few weeks ago) it was perfectly waterproof and should remain so.
Its in great condition with no marks, fraying, or damage. £75 posted. It will be up on ABR and UKGSer sometime over the weekend so move quick if you want it.
Its black and has all the usual features:
Goretex drop liner
Zip in/out thermal liner with full sleeves.
Lots of pockets inside and out including Hand warmer pockets
SAS-tec armour in elbows, shoulders and back.
Plus loads loads more. This was near HG's top of the range at the time of purchase. You won't be disappointed. Its a bargain at £75.
Anne says size-wise it fits like a 16 not an 18. The label inside says EU46, USA 14, UK18.

Nevertheless a decent pair of trews with some light overtrousers as back up in heavy rain. They have also been worn in a minor "off" and have the slightest of scuff marks on one knee - which actually shows how tuff these trousers are.
