It was not her war, as Outruner said they have a right to remember their fallen , Sumed up by Mike Harding whose father died in a bomber over germany , and he made a german freind whose father was a Luftwaffe bomber pilot , they where both kids hiding in air raid shelters while each others fathers bombed them , it bring home the futility of war , and this is the song he wrote .

That song makes me cry every time. "Young men sending young men to their graves...old men sending young men out to die...for Gods sake no more bombers moon". Most Germans were victims of Hitlers madness as well. All war is madness and tragedy and we shouldn't continue to fuel the fires of hatred. May it never happen again. RIP all those who paid the ultimate price.

Me too Lou,

Been one that's always stuck with me since I saw Mike perform it in the '80s (was it really that long ago?)

There's some other good tracks on that album too.
