Gotta tell you this peeps,
Mr.Pyke and family (yes with a kid in tow ) tried to do my workshop last night. They turned up with gas equipment on a trolley after parking their motor in a nearby field for the get away.
One of my mates saw the flashing light but although a big lad, thought it best to call back up. The lock was ten mill' from all the way through when they arrived.
When they saw the size of my mates they ran for there lives dropping everything including their entire gas kit, which is now safe inside my workshop !

Old bill arrived along with the fire brigade who had to kill the burning wood safely, they found my camping gas bottles hanging on the back of same door which had 'em a bit worried.

I was at Warwick University when I got the message, by the time I got there today my guys had welded the lock back together (for now) and all is well with a f*****g great digger across the door too. :idea-013:

Till it's all fixed proppa' like the bikes are out and safe.

You are lucky to have such good mates.. Never mind. Get that welding gear on ebay and recoup some cash to pay for repairs

FFS, What a bunch of swines.

Lucky to get away with mukka, best get a big fekin dog with an appetite for tinky legs.
I am seriously shocked they had the nerve to break in by using gas torch, they must have been sussing your place for a while.

Good luck, hope they don't try to get back in again :(

Very lucky to have such good, and sizeable, mates.

I'd keep the gas gear myself, can come in very useful.

We're positive they thought it's where all the farm's chain saws and wood chipper are stored (wrong !). There is only the one door and no windaz. it's real heavy duty but they were stupidly brazen.

Of course the gas stuff will itself have been stolen goods. Best hang on to it.

Well pleased to hear that nothing was stolen and that you have such good mates. Reckon they won't try your gaff again in a hurry . Glad you're ok too.

Might even weld something!!!......badly, obviously. :eek:eil-laser:

If those gas bottles had of gone off, the scumbags would probably have tried to sue you for compo.

You can certainly convert a caravan using that stuff. ;)

The A-Team could :D

Glad your gear didn't go m8.

p.s. Hang bigger gas bottles on the inside next time, right behind the lock. :D

If you are going to hang the gas bottles behind your lock, make sure you leave some ball bearings or screws in the bag and maybe you might not be the only one who will be gutted if they come back for their welding gear.. :idea-013: :idea-013: :idea-013:

Glad your stuff is safe mate... Bloody unbelievable, but this is what they do. They don't give a rats arse what time of day or night they nick stuff and they don't care who see's them either!

They will probably be back and try and get their welding gear back? Have the Police fingerprinted the handles of the cutting torch and trolley? The digger will be a target in itself, or the diesel in it! Best kip down there for a bit and give them a buckshot welcome if they turn up again!
