Insurance renewal - pleasant surprise this time.

My renewal notice just came through from LV=. It's gone down £20 / 12.5% from last year. I am now confused and feel I need to take back all the abuse I just vented at insurers when I also renewed the car insurance this week. There's been a couple of tweaks to the cover but overall better as it includes key cover and vandalism cover now. A pleasant surprise.

That’s amazing mine always seems to go up!
The thing I have noticed is that when I compare I’m less likely to find a cheaper deal now.
