Because most of the bellends in the cars were on Facebook at the time. About time they started tackling the mobile phone problem.
Some knob talking on a phone is bad enough, but most you see now are texting and using the bloody Internet. They don't even bother to hide the fact either as there's bugger all chance of them being caught or done for it.

Yep. Points comensurate with the danger would be a start... 3 points for a first offence?

What hacks me off is so many top end motors being driven by Tits with their phone to the ear, many will have a bluetooth connection built in to the radio which will work with their damned phones, but my suspicion is they are too thick to work out how! :mad:
