Nipped out for a quick hurl, seeing as last weekend was full of wedding confetti and BBQ’s :eekicon: :thumbsupanim:

Cheers Bob. They are, as Phil says, excellent VFM. More road than trail, but the tyres fitted to it right now (very square Bridgestone Deathwings :eekicon: ) have restrained my wanderings to road riding more so than the bikes abilities.
And yes Phil, I am enjoying it very very much thank you :D . Not just the "new to me" bike feeling, but having a grunty V-Twin throbbing at my command seems to bring a perverse pleasure  :rolleyes2: :thumbsupanim:

Trying hard to wear out the deathwings (and they say the Scots are tight :thumbsupanim: ) before I splurge on some rubber hoops with a more rounded profile, but I'm sure that by the time Kelso comes around I'll have equipped the lass with some decent rubber

Nice looker Steve, those bikes have a good reputation but you need to bite the bullet and get some decent tyres on it. ;)
I had the same sort of thing with the new Honda (Dunlop Trailmax, no feel from the front) so I took them off after 310 miles and fitted Bridgestone T30 Evo's which made a big difference, not all Scots are tight. :D

Nice looking bike, sounds like you have a permanent big grin. Have a look at Avon trailriders,
I've got them fitted and they're a great set of rubber.
