Update,
A dry but grubby road grime ride out to Alrewas, and met up with Ian Porter I treated him to lunch and coffee my treat !
We had a mooch the newly built visitors centre, which has only recently been opened approx one ish months, can still smell the wood.
Then a wander around several memorials and we visited a fallen friend and colleague of mine who's name is engraved on the wall.
R.I.P. Paul Eaton.
It was a grand afternoon followed by another coffee and farewells wishing each other Happy New Year and looking forward to 2017.
Ride back home to North Wales a bit grey and overcast but it remained dry, a quick refuel and jetwash later, and back home for tea and medals "Hurrah !"
