The mind boggles..
Stick a kettle next to the beer fridge, roll out a couple of mattresses and sleeping bags, That's a bunk house....
you can rent a workshop with the income and have money left over.
(I'm still staring at the pic with the 3m post on the floor thinking that's lost in there)

Some new lighting for the shed.
Old lighting under the mezzanine. Looks like it's a light fitting for a suspended ceiling, probably hoiked out of skip, and contains three short fluorescent tubes. As you can see, not great.
New LED lighting. Some improvement, eh?
The lights are actually a festoon of 10 LEDs on a 22 metre lead, bought from ToolStop - details here.
Seriously impressed with them, to be honest.
