Yes Steve, and a VERY good deal it is, just a question of being in the right place at the right time. ;)

The dealer probably thought:
Poor old man. Dreaming of his youth again. I better keep him happy and tell him a cheap price. Unlikely I ever seem again. By the looks it won't be long now :D :D

Well, I picked the new bike up this afternoon so I had better show you some pics.

The scenery is not so good as it was a bit dull today. :(
Nice clean left grip, no nasty clutch lever. ;)

I have only done 65 miles on it but it feels right, needs something done about the front window as there is a bit too much wind noise for my liking. In town I just let it do it's own thing but once on the open road I shifted to manual mode to train a bit of muscle memory as far as using the shift switches goes, best to get used to using them naturally instead of looking for them.
Running in seems to be no more than 3/4 throttle for the first 300 miles, then just give it some. I think I am really going to like this bike.

But what the hell is it?

I thought it was obvious that it's a Honda NC750X DCT, sorry for any confusion. ;)

Andy.

Ah, ha! I noticed the inclined cylinders - in my defence. I'm really not up to speed on the latest bikes, so my fault. :(
