Sorry guys but i just landed a gig for the whole weekend of the national and i cant afford to let that slip.
I am sorry about that but i am hoping to get in with these guys on a regular basis (as i intend to only work 2-3 days a week in the future:cool2:) so i cant turn them down
You always could come by as i am in Kettering which i think is only about a 75 miles from the national.

Sorry i was really looking forward to the national and its the first one i miss (gutted) but i got to get my buisness sorted first

Pete, you have to do what is best for you and not the National.

yes and no1 in XRV will ever hold it against you or ever mention it at future nationals.......:) so that's the plan for the ride out sorted....we all go 117 miles to get a taste of Pete's sausage...??????:drinking10:

Don't feel bad for a second, Pete. You've got a business to get up and running and you can't go into that half-hearted.

Bad news for sure, but at least I can leave the loperamide at home now [emoji23]

117 seems doable, depends on how has the weather will be Saturday.

As I'm riding up from Harwich, I can always swing by Basildon Friday morning for a cuppa if you're around...
