I've lost the plot

Or so my wife thinks.

Came back from a ride, bike covered in crud and I would think a fair bit of road salt.
Washed her down with warm water and then turned the hose onto it, parked it in the garage.

Wife comes back up the driveway
" what's that whirring noise coming from the garage ? "
" that'll be the hot air fan "
" eh ? in the garage ?? "
" yep, keeping the bike dry " :D

I won't go into the gory details of how she belittled me, suffice to say I took a fair bit of stick

Does any body else put a heater in the garage to dry off ? Don't normally, just let it dry naturallly, it's just that it was very cold when I returned today.

Yes, you have definatly lost the plot. I canot believe you tried to justify your quite rational action to your wife!

Just off to the shed to check the de humidifier doesnt need emptying.

Radiators, fans, luxury. I'm happy to have the thing indoors at all nowadays. Makes starting her in the morning a lot easier in this sort of weather.
I assume you're talking about the bike................. :D :D

John, you have indeed lost the plot. I mean washing the bike :)

Fan heater in the garage, fair enough but it's for my benefit not the bikes :)
