Well I never really gelled with the Tenere 700 Rally, it was in mint condition so never wanted to mess up off-road, and with only 1200 miles on it embarrassingly in 2 years! So it went today and its replacement picked up.

Back to the BMW fold after my BMW Off Road Skills training (must do a review post on that) and being so impressed with the 1250 GS Trophy, so I have a 1250 Rally in the garage now.
Now also looking for something lightweight to get back in to greenlaning.

Here we go…. Brilliant bimble. 160 miles odd, not bad for a first ride. Cheddar to Bridgwater to Minehead to Porlock to Lynton to South Moulton to Tiverton to Taunton and back up the M5 to home… nice loop.

I loved my GS. 60 odd thousand on it and still going strong. I just parted with it a month or so back as it simply wasn't getting used as I was only doing local stuff and one of the old bikes was more interesting to ride (and slower) and always provoked a bit of a conversation when I parked it up.
