Been a full on computer biff how do I upload Pics and Vids,

I have done them before but its saying the pics are to big and videos are not supported :starwars-lol: .

I put photos and vids on PhotoBucket (free). Then open the photo in PhotoBucket, copy the link (using the link box in PB) and paste into the post. Easy peasy.
