Hi Austin, aware you're away, fyi a friend of mine would like to tag along. He may want two nights in the bunk barn and I may change my mind about camping. I'll confirm when you're back from your trip.

Mark, can you confirm if your mate is coming along and what accommodation you will both require so I can change the booking with the bunkhouses if necessary.

This is also the last call for participants requiring accommodation as I don't want to make further changes. If you make your own arrangements you are of course more than welcome to join us for the ride.

Have PM'd you :)

Cheers, and the money is transferred. Will phone the bunk houses tomorrow.

That's it though. All in now: 16 bikes, 20 people It should be a good 'un.

I just heard from Stanbloke. He and Del can't make it now. Fortunately I hadn't upped the booking at the hostels with the late changes but before I do are there any late late additions and does anyone want to take the Shepherds hut for two at Wooler before I cancel that bit of the booking. If you do there will need to be a price adjustment via Stan.

Can I add sandy on the list for Friday night camping only? We'll both be doing Friday and Saturday ride outs only.

Thanks.

camping Friday at the Royal Oak is not a problem. There is no rideout planned for Friday though, just meeting at the pub.

I do need to know about meals at the pub though.

Hi Austin
Would be a PITA if I change my Sunday night accommodation?
Only just noticed that the Wooler hostel has a twin en-suite available on the YHA web site @ £35 for the room (there's a non en-suite for £32 & I'd be happy with that too)
If you're able to swap my bunk bed for a twin please let me know how much I owe or if it's a PITA, I can book it directly :)

Done - twin room booked. Not ensuite though. Can you pay me the balance of £16.50 please.

Just one of those jobs I haven't got round to yet. Phoning the Green Dragon is on my list of jobs to do every day but somehow never gets done. BUT, we are planning a weekend away this coming weekend and fancied staying there as a trial run, so will sort it all when we are there. To be honest though whenever I have contacted them they have been very laid back about bookings and so on I feel like they could cope with just about anything. Dont worry we have got a reservation. The bunk house is big - something like 72 beds and the pub is a big affair too so I am sure they can cope with 18 of us turning up. Whatever I will post something up after the weekend.

Job done, deposit paid and all confirmed at the Green Dragon. I will start a new thread.

Is anyone wanting to take they Vaders' space? The shepherds hut in Wooler is paid for and I won't be getting the money back, so you could sort that with Pete. There's room in the bunkhouse in Derbyshire for two more and loads of room in Yorkshire. Bunk house is £15pppn.

having done the ABR "10 countries in 5 days" European tour from 30 June to 4 July I am suffering a motorcycling drought due to letting my wife have some time to herself and looking after our kids so I am soooooo looking forward to this
