Really sorry to hear that mate. We'll look forward to seeing you next time. If you feel up to it when the treatments done you'll be welcome to spend a few days with us.

Only 10 days away. Blimey.
I've not been to this place before:

Where is it?
What do we need sleeping wise (I recall sleeping bags but it it a warm or cold place?
Are any shops etc nearby (food drink etc) nearby?

I take it evening meal & breakfast is as previous years?

Big Bear wont be at the welsh invasion ride out now :( But I do look forward to going on a ride out in the future. When the weather improves I wont be able to help myself anyway!

Sleeping Bags - yes
Shops - yes, a mile or 2 away though in Kidwelly.
Evening meal and brekkers - yes

Does everyone need to behave themselves? Yes - i've signed for the bloody place so no damages please!

Just a reminder - if we want to continue to use Pembrey in the years to come i suggest the £20 per head donation for the Commandant's welfare fund and favourite charity.

Pembury airport /army base. Just south of Kidwelly. IIRC the nearest shop is a Coop about 3-4 miles away otherwise it's surrounded by not a lot. Unless you count the race circuit.

Sleeping bag and something for under your head. It was Very warm in there last time I went (2015). I think Sharrie has volunteered to do food again.

I will aim to be there by midday on the Friday. Please try and avoid getting there before about 1pm otherwise you may have to wait around outside until i have signed for the place.

I'll need to do a fire safety brief on the first evening. Sounds boring but it's a condition of occupation.:blahblah:

Am thinking of bring my drone to get some 4K footage of us riding around through the Brecons. Weather depending :respect13:

If everyone attends who has said they're coming then there won't be enough bunks. Plenty of matressess and camp cots though; first come first served.

On arrival the gate will probably be shut. Call me on 07565 453369 and me or someone else will come let you in. Providing i'm still sober :drinking10:
