Bit like this I saw in Santorini last year - now got the same bike but in black

Now the owner of a 2009 alp, had a good 2hrs out on it yesterday in the rain and sunshine and really enjoyed it, found I was nearer the speed limits too which is good, pottered round the back roads enjoying the views and sights, much better than my previous BMW R1100S (nice bike but just not me)...

Transalp 700 2009 purchased and driven home in theback of my van last night, insurance sorted this morning after a 2hr phone call, starting price £400.00 eventually down to £150.00 but stuck at work all day when the suns shining arghhhhhhhhhhh :o :o :o Whats worse is we're having a barbie...

The 650 just doesn't float my boat which is a shame as i imagine it will be just as good a bike. I did see one in HRC white blue and red that looked amazing mind!

Good to know, anyone gone from an Africatwin to an alp700 ?? Thoughts if they have?
