I've been here 10 years.....my British metabolism went a long time ago. So I could probably sustain it a lot better than the average Brit. But you learn from experience that there's a point you shouldn't go beyond. For me that's around 40. Anything more than that and you risk heatstroke...

Knackered knees and a nose I can't breathe through here due to doing stupid sports in my youth. Along with impaired hearing through not wearing ear plugs! Though wearing ear plugs wasn't thought of 40 odd years ago. I'd be in much better physical shape if I'd just gone to the boozer instead!
