Here we are on a two week tour of Scotland (full report when we're back) and so far we've had a hiccup every day.

Day one, bent gear lever on one bike (still usable though)

Day two, one of the intercoms packed up making pasing directions to Ruth impossible (thankfully managed to fix it later that night)

Day three, managed to lock the PIN on my credit card for the first time in my life (thank you Tesco Bank for having your phone lines open late :) )

Day four, discovered I've recorded the last three days ride through a cracked lens on my helmet cam (this one I can't fix on the road :( )
(Note to self, take spare lens with me to New Zealand)

Here's hoping that's it for problems......

Hopefully it will be plane sailing tomorrow, literally.

We're on the ferry to skye, it'd be just my luck that it sinks half way across :)

Well if it's the big one from Mallaig don't eat the pies. They gave me a terrible dose of the shits.

You mean you'd stop moaning if it sank a third of the way across? ;)

Well things must be improving, we made it to Skye and the boat didn't sink :)

Easy enough fix once I'm home though.

Is that the Drift camera? I bought one in Jan & have been really pleased with it & thankfully, they can be replaced :)

When & where you going in NZ? My daughter lives there & I love it :)

Drift Ghost Elle and yes I've been very pleased with it until now :(

At least it's a quick easy fix and only about £16

We head of to NZ in Jan, fly in to Christchurch and out of Auckland 3000 miles later :)

Fantastic :)
I'm thinking about going for Xmas but stuff to do first.... planning on selling up & either going riding or moving to NZ - whichever comes first!

I never got around to doing a write up of my trip in Jan but I'm working on a presentation for the HUBB meeting so if you're going, do say Hello.
If not, I'll probably post it up after the event (only 1 more week to finish it! :eekicon: )

Would love to go to the Hubb (it's only about 15 mins from my house) but don't have the time off work or the spare cash at the moment.

:(
