Horizons Unlimited Ireland July 18-20

For anyone across the water or willing to get there:

I'm pondering attending this event. Would leave Yorkshire after work on Thursday, stay overnight somewhere near the Stranraer ferry then get a ferry Friday morning to Larne returning mid-afternoon on Sunday. Currently 1 bike / 1 rider is £80 return. The other choice is the Stranraer to Belfast ferry (same price) but I thought Larne might be easier to exit...?

Anyone else going or fancy tagging along? - bring your own tent ;)

If you are leaving ferry at Larne there are major road works along the 'Larne Line' They are speed restricted 40mph and well monitored.

Sadly no longer able to go - big bills (tax, insurance, service) have arrived - should have expected them but I'm not that organized.... :)
