Bought an Africa Twin a couple of months ago and been hanging around on XRV.org for a while learning and laughing in equal measure. Saw a link to here in connection to the Pennine Way ride and so have signed up here as well. So, hello to you all!
Loving the AT and getting out to explore the Borders and North Pennines during the odd hour when the cumbrian rain stops. Flaming June eh!
Very tempted by the Pennine Way Ride and also the Galloway Forest trip. I presume everyone's welcome on these, veterans and newbies alike?
Anyway, no doubt see some of you around sometime. Are there many of you in/around Cumbria? I'm north Cumbria; Carlisle area.

Just spotted an 'Introducing' section. I guess this was probably supposed to be in there haha. Oh well, will get the hang of it...

Welcome to the Mad House.

As DC has already said, you've a fine looking bike there.

Thanks for the welcome guys and yes, really pleased with the AT; great condition and low miles too. Bought it off a guy called BigRog over on xrv.org.
Sure I'll meet up with some of you soon.
If you're ever passing through Cumbria look me up. And I've a field by the River Eden that could accommodate the occasional tent, although facilities are as basic as they come if you know what I mean haha!

Welcome to the family.
Good bike with sound history. I live in Germany but my parents are in the south lakes. Maybe our paths will cross one day
