There was some confusion over whether this was going ahead or not - IT'S NOT

Its at Dom's Bikestop. Welcome to Dom's Bike Stop

The weekend of the 21st 22nd of October has been set.

It is £10 per person per night. This includes fire wood :thumbsupanim: showers ect.

Dom will cook food till 9pm and the bar will be open till late.

Can you please confirm attendance on this thread, as I have give numbers & pay a deposit of £10 per person tomorrow (Thursday)

Stuart, for me its just on the wrong weekend. When it was first mooted I was fine for any weekend in October but I got booked up for the weekend of the 22nd. This weekend or in a fortnight would have been fine for me. I don't think its the location or the site (although a tenner a night seems a lot for the time of year but I have never been and it might be fantastic vfm). Most likely is its the time of year for a camping trip, either that or the BT membership have turned into a bunch of pussies.

I'm happy to miss this one out. I'll sort you out Stuart so you're not out of pocket financially when I see you next

Maybe when there are more of us we could try that campsite, as Austin has hinted it is a bit steep for the time of year. I looked at facilities on their website

Maybe I have been spoilt with the HISS campsite at La Pobla, 3.50 Euros per night, great views, swimming pool and nice temperatures !!
