They found a old German WW2 aircraft while dredging our Habour a bit bigger.
A twin engined Ju 88 and managed to even trace the guy which shot her down. A chap from Norway called Marius Erikson

Until last November when we moved to Staffordshire, we lived in Northumberland and I used to climb the Cheviot Hills where there are over 40 WW2 aircraft crash sites, most of them spread all over the sides of the mountain. Here are some photos I took of one of those crash sites
