Big bike off road runs

Just a quick post to gauge what interest there is in me organising off road runs for 800 cc + bikes, I'm based near Preston so runs would be Yorks Dales and Moors and easy beginners routes around West Lancs. No heavy duty enduro type stuff!

As said, nice offer. If I'd still been in Yorkshire I would've jumped at the chance. Alas I live in the land of no legal off roading fun now. I'd like to get my GSA off road a bit more but not down slippy slidy, mega rutted, high rock steps lanes type things, think the type of road I need is called "an A class road"!

May be up for some in the summer but will probably need to camp somewhere as down, ride and back in one day would be to much. If you've got a drive I can park my SWB Transit in I can squeeze the GSA in!

Perhaps in summer. Live in Garstang but there aren't many green lanes I would take my GSA down round here. Actually there aren't many green lanes at all round here. .

I'll keep an eye on this post, might manage to come down some weekend, wouldn't mind having a go. There's a few lanes I've been on with Hudders I'd do on the Crosstourer at a slower pace!

Good to see some interest, areas in mind are around Ormskirk and Pateley Bridge/Settle, perhaps wait until April ish for better Weather - small world Austin, I work in Garstang!

Yep id be up for that.

Moving back up North to Catterick in August.

I was looking to try and Organise a camping offroad weekend middle of August around the Pickering Whitby area but just waiting on conformation of leave dates.
