new tank cover, honda top box and plate.

Also includes a brand new ( still in the box )
Touratech pannier rack.

Any ideas how easy it would be to restrict a TA?

My lad hopes to pass his A2 test in the coming weeks and something like this would be a perfect first bike...

There's kits on eBay for about £60

Look like they just restrict the intake manifold so should be fairly easy to do if you can get the carbs off
