Today would have been Rob's birthday.

I felt like it needed mentioning.

We were just lying in bed talking about Frad, and Catherine. Spooky.

Anyone heard from Catherine? I got a very nice thank you note from her shortly after Rob's funeral.

That's weird, last night I was googling something totally unrelated and came across photos of Frad, I then went onto search out more and more about the laughs we had with him.

V is in quite regular contact with Catherine, who popped in on Sunday.
She seems 'ok' if being kept very busy with work.

Evert time I ride from Carmathen to Llandovery. I think of Frad and Phil both two up chasing me down in every corner with what felt like inches between the three bikes. The road always gets faster when you know theres a big cheesy grin and a Black and white helmet on your six. RIP boyo. daffodil
