I was more impressed that the thread title was about the BIKE going down rather than Chris.

Well, when it happened I thought of stopping to take some pictures before finding out whether he was OK or helping to get Brian back on his wheels, but didn't have my camera with me. And as for photographing his swollen hand or bruised and cut arm - well there might be innocent children looking at this forum, who would have nightmares for years to come

Well obviously, it was the bike that crashed. It was nothing to do with the rider...

First of all a MASIVE big thankyou to Lou for picking me up dusting me down and dressing my wounds with out who I would probbly still be wandering up and down the A5 wondering where my bike went . Secound thanks to everone for your concern and help and thanks Rob for the offer but with my riding tecknick I need to look out for gear that incorprates airbags. I also need to thank Lou reporting it so kindly when I think it was a hurandas rider error. Still good news I'm still in one pice and Brian is moastly cosmetic still typing with one finger at the minuet [my left hand still on the mend] mind you to looking on the bright side both rear indicators match now held on with duck tape and a biro but thanks again cheered me up with all nice messages

Quite rightly so Lulu , i would not have expected a person like you to take pics first then come to the rescue of the victim after , (shame you forgot your camera )

Nice to see a bit of mick take was bigging to think you guy's did'nt like me. Sorry about the pic's will insist a camara is on hand next time I go out.
I did see Lou searching the internet for stabilizers .
I have got a chair I stand on to reach the keyboard so hopefully thing's shouldent go over my head.
Looking forward to going out on Brian again but will have to post where and when just to make sure thair are enough camara's.
