Nice. One week before departure and my bike battery shits the bed. 11.5V after charging does not a healthy starter make. 8V during cranking not great either. It manages to start the bike but only barely, while sitting in a warm shed instead of a damp field overnight. Time to quickly like round up a new one.

Oh well, better now than next tuesday... ;)

I'm struggling a bit here, haven't ridden a bike for two weeks after duffing myself up in a lane. If I can't get my leg over the bike I will come in my car. Going for a walk with my son in a moment to see how I get on with that :)

I'm not going to remember anyone I fear, except Hudders, Outrunner and maybe Austin so if I look at you vacantly I do apologise!!

Nothing as unpredictable as the weather predictions ;)

My local weather wossname predicts 25ish for Sedbergh. Which is kinda warm for a National. But yeah looking good.

My couple of hours of motorway to the ferry seems to be blessed with 30 degree weather. Yikes.
