Unfortunately it happens all to often up here. Great roads, dozy car drivers and rusty riders after the winter layoff. Last weekend it was smashing weather here on the east coast and bikes seemed to be everywhere.

Yep all the Power rangers coming out of the wood work again thinking they are still riding gods :rolleyes2:
Not been on the bike for about 6 month but still think they are as fast as Rossi

Reminds me of the guy who complained that he was a bit rusty after half a year of no riding, that the corners were a bit more of a struggle than he remembered on his R1 or whatever racy thing and it wasn't helping his confidence any.

Yeah go on put some air back in your tyres. Trust me, it does wonders for regaining your confidence. Git. :D

Yeah i know,on my way home yesterday i had a guy on a Cbrsomethingorother wobble around our roundabout. He nearly jumped out of his power ranger suit when i passed him on the outside. I have a lot dual carriage way and roundabouts my way. I love it every straight line they are gone and i catch them in the roundabouts again   :motorcycle17:

Relax from me too

Funnily enough, there was a head on at that same location about six weeks ago. I know, cos we were diverted around Alness on my way back from JOG.

I hate that fekin A9, north and south. Lorries are/were ? limited to 40mph, bloody joke. Huge queues of cars behind them, all getting increasingly frustrated and what do the cops do ?? put speed guns up at the only places you can safely overtake. :(
There was a programme on about the A9 on Wed night BBC1,I think ,that sums up the pathetic state of the road. The main link to the North and it's shut most winters due to snow. Well, when I say snow, it ain't as bad as it used be.
The programme mentioned the Thunder in the glens and how the traffic cops were monitoring it closely during the event held in Aviemore and how a couple on a trike were killed when the trike hit a bridge parapet.
Take care if your on the A9 folks, not my favourite road, but a lifeline for us up here.
