Boxes are built, bit of ally welding and fettling and should be fine.
Haven't told our bodyshop they're painting them black yet. Along with some other bits. Kind aren't I?

They'll do, cheaper than a grand.....
They'll only get battered anyway. Only pain doing them is the ally, folder & guillotine is in Loughborough and the welder is is Coventry, then back to Loughborough for painting, then back to Tamworth for fitting.
They'll have done a hundred mile before theyre on their bike!

Welded your crash bar up too, it was rotten through at that point. I'll get it back over sometime next week when I drop the panniers for painting.

Guillotine was a bit rough on the ally, but they should be OK. Not that hard to do to be honest. Got the plans off the net and away you go.
