Anytime mate, good to see you again, Nick.

Richie, that Van was a close one, glad you're unscathed!

I only have two photos, on Bazza's trails ride on the Plain Nick decided to combine trail-riding with bog-snorkelling. This resulted in a muddy bike and a muddy Nick :D

Said it on the other thread...but I say again.

.Had a fantastic weekend - absolutely lovely to see everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed the day out on Saturday and laughing the evenings away with treasured friends... What more could one wish for (apart from healed injuries of course).

A big thank you to Russ and those involved in organising this and , of course, to everyone who was able to turn up. :thumbsupanim: :

Can't wait for the next big meet up :)

Wicked weekend enjoyed in the company of far flung like minded individuals. Sorry Russ had to make a sharp exit, luckily Hudders had Vader to play with :vomit-1:
Well done Russ for putting it together and then being let down by others, it didn't overshadow anything for me.
5 hours spent in A&E upon my return confirmed no broken bones but a few days off for the swelling to go down, many thanks for multiple offers of help.
Can't wait for the Welsh Intrusion, there will be one won't there?
Glad you are OK.

The trip to the tank museum was a tad poignant for me as well as enjoyable.
Managed to get a look at a Bren gun carrier in the flesh which is a first for me.

My dad was in charge of a platoon on mortars which included these vehicles whilst fighting during WW 2. El Alamein , Sicily , the whole campaign, he very rarely talked about it, but was good to see how he would have fitted into it. Pretty tight I would have thought as he was 6ft 2 :D

Thanks to Vader for suggesting the visit. Nice one Pete

A BIG Thanks to DC and the Big Trailie Team for yet another salubrious soiree.

I had a fab time as ever but had to leave early ish on Friday morning for another appointment in the North East.
My mate Paul really enjoyed meeting the folk I chat about, he's now putting names to faces hopefully I'll get him to the Welsh Invasion.

See some of you on the 30th November at the NEC.

Might get some pics posted again cheers DC

And yes, the bike is clean again!!!! (but not for long)
