Dear all,

On the 28th Sept I will be taking part in the Distinguished Gentlemans Ride in aid of Prostate Cancer Uk.

Please read the info on the site as it is really important that us guys get a check up .

If you can donate just a few quid it will help to save lives. After I read the info I realized that pretty much all my mates are in the age range that needs to be aware of this condition. I know we don't see each other that often but at least we know that we are all still upright and kicking
