I bought this a month ago on impulse as it just looks so good but when I took it out for a ride last week I realised that this is not the bike for me. I just cannot get my prosthetic leg tucked up enough to effect a good gear change so I need to sell it
So the details;
1995 Honda CBR600F
MOT until 29.07.2016
Bike is sorned
24,450 miles
It has MOT's going back to August 2000 to back up the low mileage, it's in great condition, testament to the previous owners including the last but one owner, a lady who owned it for 13 years.
The bike is almost standard except a lovely sounding (not loud) Harris silencer and a Nuovo tinted screen, it also has a very useful centre-stand. The tyres, chain and sprockets and brakes are all good and you'll be hard pushed to find a rusty fastener.
What it does need is a good service as it's hardly been ridden for the past two years, it ticks-over and rides fine on low revs, then has a slight flat spot around 6,000rpm and then takes off.
I am looking for £1250 for the bike, considering that it could do with an engine service I have priced it accordingly.
cheers, Bob.
