Wow Russ, spring must be just around the corner if the Tiger is coming out :)

It's unlikely we'll make it, we have soooo much on at the moment....

Have fun, not at Wales are you?

Melanie my wife was rushed into hospital this evening with a Pulmonary Embolism, which when coupled with a long term condition she has is pretty serious.......I'll organise the ride for another day

Hi Russ just wondering if there is any update on Mel? How is she doing? I do hope she is ok. Thinking of you both and keeping everything crossed. Lou

Lulu, She's back home and comfortable, she is self medicating with a anti-coagulant by injection every day probably for the next 3 months, It would be a lot easier if she just sat down and rested for a while but she still attempts to carry on with chores and there is no telling her............she is so frustrating!!!

Ah a woman after my own heart. I am just as stubborn. Independence and being able to carry on as normal whatever life throws at me is hugely important. I understand your concern and frustration at Mel's "business", but it sounds like her spirit is good and that can make a huge difference. Anyway, please wish her well from all of us on here and let us know if we can do anything to help. And remember to look after yourself too.

She's a woman, of course she is frustrating.... and stubborn and contrary. Its all in the genes. :p

I am pleased for you both that she is back home as providing the rest comes, it is a much better place to be for gentle recovery.
