Canada & USA 2015

We are home :). We actually got back yesterday evening exhausted after being up nearly 36 hours and about a 1min snooze on the plane. Jet lag with just 5hours difference is, so far, minimal.

Total mileage for the trip door-door is just shy of 15,000 miles, so average is 150miles per day but we had lots of down days, and only two when didn't ride the bike at all.

First impressions of the UK upon return, feck, it's a busy place with aggressive drivers and expensive too.

Austin / Anne,
Gulp - tomorrow morning I brave the blighted chaos of the Toronto / Hamilton corridor, to see about some work over a beer with some colleagues.

I thought about taking the Eldo, but the Breva seems more suited to the 401/407/403 corridor :mockery17: . This is true wilderness! :thumbd:

Did you survive? Any bears? Any Calcium chloride build up? Did you get the job?

Survived:850kms door to door - 10.58hrs riding time. Sore ass! Toronto riding is a bit intimidating but I managed, mostly by taking the 407 6 lane toll road around the back of the city. On the way home I really took the back way, looping 100 kms north of the city through fine agricultural land. No bears or calcium chloride though - just snarling traffic.

The main reason for the trip was for  but I'm angling for a form of sovereignty association between our companies. Looking good.

Hope all is well with you and Anne. Is Scotland over?

Nick
