If you are in the Lake District head for Coniston and visit Deano's Café and Bistro for great food and drink.

It used to be the telephone exchange, it was completely gutted and then refurbished. Barftone took the photo as we had a weekend trail riding in the area.
 
If thats the cafe at the end of the row as your going out of coniston i was there the other week. Quality food and great coffee.

But I'll try and remember to stop there if I'm ever up that way again.
 
Unfortunatley Deano is no longer the proprieter but it is still a nice cafe so no discounts any more I guess!
