Here's one for our very own Whealie, but I'll ask it anyway as I'm sure that it will impact on others.
When I renewed my insurance in late December I did not get a set of proper, in-your-hand paper documents but an encrypted email version. I'm fine with this, but what are the implications of being asked to provide "original" documents? Do I just wave a USB stick under the copper's nose, or what? Not that I've been naughty of late, of course.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
