Just me and Phil on an impromptu mid-week meet today. More talk, coffee and cakes than biking and A LOT of lawn mowers.

Plus loads more....little Villiers engines in abundance, Rolls Royce Mowers, chain saws, some other ex-celebrity mowers (yawn). All in all quite interesting. Did you know chains weren't invented until the 1870s? I didn't.

Good day out, the rain held off and not too windy.

An interesting if quirky museum but for 3 quid definately worth a visit :)

As for too much time... It's either that or being dragged into doing 'stuff' round the house!

Yeah tell me about it Phil

Been at it for far too long ( doing "stuff about the house " )
Went out for a blast over the Struie last weekend , lots of ice about in sheltered glens.
Looks like you and Austin had reasonable weather, thanks for posting

Nice!

Seeing the picture of the old Allen Scythe reminded me of watching one while in junior school as it chopped effortlessly through a 3/4 -1 inch iron railing. I tried not to think what it would do to a wayward finger
