I've just got back from the Stella Alpina rally, first time I've been for 12 years. some trail riding through France on the way and on the way back.

Going for a lie-down now as I'm fecked...............

I felt that it was rougher on the lower parts (up to the refuge/campsite) but looked like it had been graded on the last couple of hundred meters.

That was probably my last time unless I do something like you're planning, having said that I can't see me buying a van anytime soon so who knows.

My trail-riding is becoming less now , takes too long to recover from the effort

Does anyone have any details of the 2024 Stella? I know it’s on the 2nd weekend in July, but can’t find any specifics of if it’s on. Or is it just assumed?
